Incomplete DAS kit arrived

I received my DAS from the microsoft store (canada) yesterday and I just realized that it did not come with a new connector to the top of the vive (the part that clips in next to the 3 connectors). Instead I have to use the old clip. Is this just me?

EDIT: thanks everyone. I wrote this because (A) every picture I've seen of the new strap has the new connector and (B) the manual makes you disconnect the connector when this isn't at all necessary if you are using the same one.
