Thinkpad T470s Keyboard Layout US vs US Intl.?

Hi,

I am looking for a new Keyboard for my T470s with US Layout. I saw there are "US" and "US International" Layouts available - what is the difference?

Example Part Numbers:

• 01EN723 - Thorpe2 KBD,US,DFN BL
• 01EN753 - Thorpe2 KBD,USI,DFN BL
