Is it possible to Overclock Genesis Plus GX for Wii? Many games are improved by 10mhz and 12mhz faster clocks.

^ it's all in the title, Sonic 1 slows to a crawl if you ever drop more than a couple rings, some bosses and some water levels are just a pain as well. Was wondering if there was an option I'm not seeing or a way to do it in the filesystem or something.

I believe the PC version/fork of this emulator does support the overclocking, but I can't find much info about the Wii one, anyone know?
