Looking to rent shop space in the Charlotte, NC area

Hello! I recently moved to Charlotte, NC and am trying to find shop space where I can do some forging. Instead of renting out a space by myself, I was hoping there might be someone who'd be up for sharing a shop, with me paying for my use of it. I can supply my own anvil, forge, and hand tools; ideally you would have larger equipment (welder, saw, drill, etc.) that I could make use of. Please let me know!
