Is there an ENB preset that JUST implements the improved graphics effects?

I hate most ENBs because they either blind you with bloom or increase the contrast so much you can hardly see, but the softer shadows, sunshafts, improved rain, and other graphical effects are very nice. Basically, I want a preset that does NOTHING to the color palette of the game and just implements these better graphics effects. Does this exist? If not, how hard would it be to create myself?
