GPs in Northamptonshire, UK?

I posted this in r/asktransgender and they suggested I post it here, so here goes.

To cut a long story short I've just moved to this area and I've obviously had to change GPs. I'm currently very far along the process of being prescribed hormones with Dr Webberley and I would have started last week if my new GP hadn't decided that she doesn't want me to (this isn't a rant, it's fair enough on her part although I'm upset because I had been waiting a long time and I got my hopes up). I need a GP to take part in the shared care agreement, the idea of doing it without a GP is out of the question as far as my parents are concerned (I'm 17, if this helps).

I guess my question is whether anyone here happens to know of any GPs in Northamptonshire who would be inclined to work alongside Dr Webberley.

I don't expect to find much info, but I had to try! Thanks for reading :)
