[21,F] Today I would tell my mom I was sexually abused (raped)?

It's been almost 2 months. I alredy went to the doctor and psychologist, all by myself, it's my big secret. I didnt tell anyone, cause I needed to focus in my career, man, it was hard. But right now I have summer break, my mom has also been super busy, with her job and my younger siblings. How should I start?
