Wolfenstein: The New Order crash on startup

I just picked up Wolfenstein in the sale this week and it crashes immediately on startup. I have an AMD RX 480 and am aware of the issues the game has with AMD cards, but there's one problem to the solution I keep finding.

I do not have Gaming Evolved on my PC, if I do, it would be nice to know where I can find it to disable it.

Also, driver update would probably be useless since this is an almost 2 year old issue that I am just now experiencing.

Any help is appreciated.
