Can't get twitch prime loot

Every time I click on the Twitch logo in game it takes me to the page that asks me to enable Twitch Prime. I have it enabled on my account and when I press the button each time it says "You have leveled up with Twitch Prime! Feels nice, right?" "You now have the Twitch Prime badge The badge of royalty. Appears next to your name in chat."

I click the button to claim loot and it says I have already activated the PUBG loot. It won't show up in game, and I have linked my steam to my twitch. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions appreciated.
