Matchups?

Hi! I have recently picked up Rumble after getting his Legendary Skin and I have to say, even after his buff/nerf, he is pretty fun. The fact that he is a bully that does not fall off is amazing for my playstyle. I have a few questions about his playstyle. First, what are Rumbles hardest matchups? Also, what does this change have in store for Rumble? Please don't rant about how after playing Rumble for (x) months you cant play him anymore.

Anything helps. Thanks!
