Netflix displaying the wrong episode - Why "The Great Patty Caper" needs a different name"

In England (and maybe the US) Netflix only has Spongebob season 7 (unfortunately). Today, I wanted to watch the season 7 episode "The Great Patty Caper" which is the one that takes place on a train. When I selected the episode however, it started showing the season 6 episode, entitled "Patty Caper", as well as it's sister episode "Plankton's regular". Somehow, Netflix mixed up these two very similarly named episodes, and even gave it the synopsys Spongebob, Patrick and Plankton solve a mystery on a runaway train.

This shows why naming the episode like this was such a terrible idea. If it were up to me, I would rename it to it's production title "mystery with a twistery". It's a bit weird, but better then this. It's probably too late to do that, but I still want to know who was stupid enough to make that decision.
