New Secret Achievement?

Hey, so I was playing EtG and got a popup for something called Half-Marathon...not sure what it was and couldn't get a screenshot in time.

I haven't seen anything on the wiki about it, or here, but if it helps I was doing a clone run. Anyone else seen this (bug, achievement?)
