My sister (American) lives near Durres and is marrying an Albanian man. Any advice for my visit and their wedding?

It will be my first trip to Albania and my first Albanian wedding. I don't speak Albanian or Italian. Are there any common phrases or customs I should look out for that I can't learn from Wikipedia?

I don't know if giving toasts/speeches is common at Albanian weddings but if so, I would also love a little help translating a few simple sentences to share with my sister and her husband.
