Matches and Safety schools?

Just looking for some match and safety schools for a microbiology major.

• about a 3.8 (W) gpa (going to one of the best schools in the city and #1 in the district; upward trend)

• 28 ACT (just took the june 10th test, might change)

• 1270 SAT (will definitely change this and study to 1400+, definitely shooting for 1500+)

• class rank: 5/~120

• top 3% of class

• AP classes taken: APUSH, euro, spanish lit, spanish lang, ap english lang; going to take AP bio, ap lit, and ap gov this upcoming year (taken all available APs in my school)

ECs:

• 2 years of church youth group
• started a science immunology blog
• comic book/anime club during 9th grade
• CollegeMatch program
• volunteering in a nearby but pretty major hospital (cant really say name)
• caretaker at a different hospital for about 2 months
• online community manager (was told i could put this)
• began running for about a year now (also told i could put this)
• peer councilor at my school

background:

• hispanic/latino male; single parent (recently widowed) household (mom makes ~15k)

• extenuating circumstances explain my lack of ECs and low GPA during 9th and 10th
