File 150?

I built my first pc recently and have decided I want to increase my ram speed. It's running at 2133MHz instead of the 3200MHz my motherboard and ram are capable of.

• MSI B350
• Ryzen 1500x
• Corsair 3200 DDR4
• GTX 1060 6G

I've tried changing my ram speed in the bios but it fails and reboots with the original speeds.

So, I realized my bios is out of date. I have .120 and .150 is the newest version I downloaded from MSI's website.

When I click on the file it says my pc can't read the 150 file.

I'm getting pretty frustrated and would really appreciate some advice.

One more thing, I'm still using the free version of windows. Not sure if that could be part of the problem.
