Downward Spiral....again..so sick of the cycle

When you realize your medicine isn't working all the way anymore...and the bad thoughts come back. I'm between jobs so my dr gave me a 3 month supply....but with no insurance I have to just suck it up for 3 months. Feeling so hopeless and worthless. It's nice to know I'm not alone. Thanks to everyone on this sub sharing their stories...it helps.

The worst part of the meds wearing off is feeling your stable self lose control....like being pulled under water. It's terrifying.
