Dealing with zSavage

Is there a way to stop his healing every turn? I thought healing immunity would do it but I think healing immunity gets dispelled and turned into a debuff anyway.

He is a real problem for me as FO since, you know, I'm critting all over the place.

Any help is appreciated.
