Sun's out this weekend - where's a nice park with an ice cream parlour/van?

I'm pretty new to MK and this weekend it's birthday time in our family. The birthday girl has said that she really wants to go to a park and have an ice cream. Does anyone know a spot where ice cream vans dependably park?
