Controlling fans.

I'm new to PC building, and I'm close to completing my first build. I have four blue led corsair sp140 fans that I have yet to install. How do I set them up so that they change speed depending on the overall temperature of the case? Do I just need a fan hub to plug into the motherboard, or do I need a controller? I have an Asus z270e motherboard. I also have a Corsair link compatible cpu cooler and power supply if that helps.
