[MTF] what are your E and T level ?

I'm on 50 cypro/day and i was at 4.38ng/ml T 3 week before but my endo doesn't want to up my dosage, what do you think ? I'm 11 days with Estrogen and i start having sensitive nipples is that normal ? Also : how much time before you get good level of both and with what dosage ? Sorry for my english btw :<
