Forge server 1.10.2 World border mod or / command?

EDIT: I'm an idiot! I needed to be in game to set this. Not at the consolde

For those wondering, use ForgeEssentials, and the command is /wb enable

then just use /WB to put the size and shape

Is there a mod or a / command that allows for a world border to be set on a Forge 1.10.2 server?

I can't seem to find anything in google, and the generic MC server command errors out on me
