I need help with a far harbor glitch (ps4)

(Possible spoilers) I need to confront dima about the launch code but the dialogue option isn't appearing since I already confronted him before obtaining it. I don't have any previous saves as I have run out of save slots. I am doing a mod free playthrough and want to complete Far harbor and not destroy anyone

Edit: fix in comments
