Can we talk about the issue with loading from a relay to somewhere else, having it load again, and being sent straight back to the relay?

This happens to me about 1/4 of the time when doing anything involving me being at a relay and then entering a loading screen. Leaving the relay, joining a squad of friends in a mission, even the loading screen when I practice a mastery test.

Loading screen >> blank screen >> instant second loading screen >> then back to the relay I am again.

This is very annoying.
