[Diplomacy] Further Negotiations With Albania

After our first round of negotiations we have realized the foolishness on our part in asserting that Albania would allow the BPA to go into action without some sort of incentive to do so. Thus, we propose the following treaty,

• The population transfer will take place as detailed in the BPA.

• Kosovo will be divided between Serbia and Albania as follows, to Serbia, District of Mitrovica, District of Pristina, District of Gjilan, and District of Ferizaj. To Albania, District of Peć, District of Gjakova, and District of Prizren.

• Serbia will pay a total of 400 million US dollars to Albania annually over a period of 25 years, a total of 10 billion US dollars.

This treaty is negotiable.
