One feature that would make franchise mode amazing

As we all know, online franchise is terrible and hasn't been updated in the longest time. One thing that would be amazing is if you and 2 friends could all be in an offline sort of franchise together, one person controlling the MLB team and the other 2 controlling the 2 playable minor league teams. One user could be assigned as GM and control all of the roster moves and trades, etc. It would be a great way to let friends play a franchise together.
