low FPS

Hello everyone,

So I recently build a computer with the following specs:

• AMD Ryzen 5 1600
• GTX 1070 GALAX
• 8GB RAM DDR4
• HD 1TB 7200RPM
• Motherboard GA-AB350M-DS2

I'm doing some tests to check if everything is correct and my first game trying is ARMA 3. I watched some videos in youtube with the GTX 1070 and the average FPS they are getting is 100, but here I get only 60-70FPS, with the same in-game specs (everything on ultra, v-sync disable, same single-player mission, etc...). I know it's not bad but how people get 100 FPS with the same GPU? Also I believe its not the Ryzen 5 bottlenecking because while using MSI Afterburner and RIVA the CPU usage isnt high.

Any tips? Is 60FPS what I should expect with those specs?
