26 [R4R] - Long-standing international group needs new balance

Hello there...our group is approaching it's third anniversary. We're a bunch of old and new friends from all over always looking for even newer friends from all over. There are the usual basic rules that don't need no further explanation because it's clear that you get kicked if you get pervy or annoy the shit out of members ingroup or on pm. Also being nice and friendly is a core quality of all our members. Over the last months our ratio got out of balance somehow. We wanna fix this.
