Big black duelly truck downtown - who is this guy?

So apparently there's a guy who drives a pimped-out big black truck with duellies that drives around 8th ave near 6th st sw.

He's often parked in the centennial parkade, women have been seen going in and out of the passenger side door.

Theories are that he's either a gigalo or drug dealer - thought I'd check with my Reddit peeps to see if anyone knows what this guy's deal is.

This is really only out of curiosity.
