Bit ahead of time, but is the location for the western clash already revealed?

I was curious about where the Western Clash will be in august, since Gamescom is 22-24 august, and the clash is 4-6th.

So that would mean no HotS at Gamescon. That's a first, no? (well, at least no tournament, maybe they will still be there).

Will the clash be in NA?
