OK, what is up with anchor links?

I am trying out SS. I have a home page that has icons that I would like to link to specific places on another page. I am using the Bryant template. I have used the entire URL in the link for an external page. The link goes to the URL, but it will not go to the spot where I am trying to direct it. I have used a code box and have enabled source so anyone can see what I am trying to get done. Home page scroll down and click on websites: https://james-abt-9e73.squarespace.com. You will see the linked URL contains the proper URL and hashtag, with the same wording as the anchor. What am I doing wrong?
