Reverse Symlinking Custom Script - Python version for Windows?

So I'd like to run a custom script that handles reverse symlinking for Radarr. The Radarr wiki mentions how to do that with a bash script.

Would anyone be able to help me create a Python version of that script? I'm on Windows 8.1 and can't run the bash script from the Wiki.

I also found this python script someone wrote for Sonarr, and was thinking it might be easily ported over. But it sounds like it clashes with the Renamer function, which I currently have on in Radarr.
