I can connect from my pc to my modem/router but not to the internet. My modem/router can connect to the internet

I have a virgin media superhub 2 and it can connect to the internet perfectly fine because the WIFI works but any wired connections done work, my pc is connected with a wire to the box and cant recieve internet at all but i can get into the box and cange its settings. Ive tried restarting it a few different times.

The pc is running windows 10 and the specs are: i7 4790k cpu. Nvidia gtx1080 gpu. Gigabyte g1.sniper Z97 motherboard.

Ive restarted my pc and superhub multiple times leaving it off for up to half an hour at times and have tried different cables aswell ive also contacted virgin support but they only wanted to turn it off and on again and pass me tgrough different departments without doing anything about it.
