[News/QC] PK 4th Beluga / BC Zebra with CSSBuy's new and improved QC pics!

I know CSS has been getting some bad rep around here lately and I have been working with them to improve customer service and quality.

The thing to remember is that they are a middleman and not a reseller. They buy from local sellers and then pass on those goods to us. They do not go into the factories and pick and choose what pairs you get. They will also return items that do not look like their product pictures. This also means it may take longer for you to get QC pics because they don't have them on hand.

A big thing I noticed was that people keep claiming they're bait and switching because their QC pictures don't look like their product pictures on their quickbuy list. The obvious solution to combat this is to take better pictures. I showed them the QC pictures from Eric Sneakers which have them neatly posed with the shoe propped up to how it should be and the pictures taken in proper views and not at an angle.

The issue with their QC pics not looking like their product pictures is because they don't update their product pictures often enough. So what you're getting is actually the newer batches albeit new batches sometimes have new flaws. I brought up updating their product pictures more often especially when new batches arise which will mitigate the issue..

Here are my QC pics before talking to them about improving the QC pics.

But now.....with their new and improved QC pics they look like this.

They are now uploaded to their new image hosting system so some pictures are shown as rotated in the album but if you open the picture in a new tab they will be properly rotated and you can zoom in really close. It is not a perfect system but their technicians are working on it.

As you can see, the after pictures look drastically different than the before ones.

Belugas: The tongue looked short and the heel curve look flat before but the new ones correct that. For mine, the previous heel fade picture was very blurry and now you get to see it from eye level and it is much clearer.

Zebras: Previously the typical yellow BC heel is evident but in the new pictures it shows how it is not as extreme as it seems. The new pics show the toe cap colour, shape, pull tab position and length better. The only issue I have with them is that the left pull tab is crooked.

I believe this is a huge step forward because it will help QC a lot and lower the amount of "B&S" occurrences because they look like what they advertise. Compared to their previous pictures which were hard to QC because of the odd angles the pictures were taken.
