Is Wild ladder not "competitive" enough?

Competitive

Hey guys,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I've started playing Wild because the Pirate Warrior still dominates there, according to tempostorm meta screenshot. I still have 80 wins until golden warrior, so I figured I should play him where he's good.

I've been using Tier 1 decks since August in Standard, I was getting a bit bored and thought Wild would be a fun way to switch it up and see some different decks.

Although, my buddy keeps making fun of me, saying stuff like "Why aren't you playing on the real ladder?" , "You're wasting your time in Wild". etc etc.

I actually have the top tier aggro Druid deck, token Shaman, both Paladin decks. I just simply wanted to finish off my Golden Warrior.

thoughts?
