Tips and tricks for getting it down.

I would love it if any of you could share your tips for getting this stuff down. I am new to kratom, going on my 2nd week, and while I find mixing it with some room temperature water and chasing that with lemon lime power aid to be the easiest I have tried.. It's still really hard. Since having my 2 child (he messed up all kinds of stuff in my body) I find my gag reflex to be on edge all the time, making this method of taking it almost torture.

I have seen that some people make their own capsules. Is this easy? Cost effective? Any insight would be very helpful. Thanks.
