Life science specialist or major?

I got into all the type 3 programs I applied for, (LMP, BCM, IMM, Physiology, MCB, etc.), for both specialists and majors. As someone who's really interested in pursuing dental, and maybe med is taking a specialist a good idea? If so, which program would you recommend based on the level of difficulty and how attainable getting a good GPA is?
