Countering Ram-ram dragon combo?

I have been having real trouble with these two arms in combination (which is often on min min) Any one have any tips on how to get close? Everytime I try the ram ram comes at me and then I get hit by the dragon. If you avoid that, theres normally enough time for the enemy to dodge away. Thanks!
