Entry Level Management question

Have an interview for this tomorrow and wanted to find out some details for anyone working there.

What is the average salary at this level? How many hours are involved? Also Entry level means what exactly? Assistant manager or more in the department manager level?

Wegmans is my go to grocery store and pharmacy and i have been shopping there for years and am pretty exited about this :)
