W5D3

Sooo...i guess​ i'm a runner now. I just finished W5D3 and it was way easier than i imagined. After an almost disarming W4D2 witch i failed to finish with 1:30 minutes left to go, i owned W4D3 with a 6 min last run and some reserves left. I decided to not repeat the week and i was right. The fail was due to the mid day heat and it was a good idea to move my runs in the evenings. So 20 min run and 2.8k... never have i never imagined this...Thank you C25k.
