[Event] The United States to issue Severe Travel Warning for Brazil, Suriname, and cease USAID funding.

In a press release, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson announced that the US would be issuing severe travel warnings for Americans looking to travel abroad in Suriname and Brazil, citing the 'potentially volatile new governments.'

Additionally, starting August 1, USAID funding will be suspended for the two developing nations, and USAID volunteers will be escorted back to the United States. The US federal government announces that this is a temporary measure until the new governments are ensured to be democratically elected and non-malicious to any people, or to democracy. President Trump still plans a visit with the Brazilian leader in Mar-A-Lago, if possible.
