Soothing Sunlight or Dancer's Swords - which to get for a non-Faith chara?

So, after an entire evening of trying, I have finally defeated Dancer of the Boreal Valley. Leveled up, bought myself parts of her armor, but still not sure which to transpose Dancer's Soul into.

On the one hand, Soothing Sun seems pretty good, but since it is gated behind 45 Faith, and that is my current character's second lowest stat, I probably won't be able to use it until NG+2 or something( unless I decide to respec into a Faith character, but I think I would like to start a new character to try a FAIT/INT hybrid rather than respec an exising one), and that is if I decide ro level up to that point, still kinda confused about the whole Soul Level thing.

On the other hand, I have Dancer's Swords, which I am much more likely to use on my Assassin, but I've heard they're one of the weakest weapons in the game, so not much good to me either.

Also, there is a third option: to consume the soul and use it to level up/ upgrade weapons, but I am already pretty overleveled( level 80 atm) because I leveled up a lot in Nigh Wall of Lothric/ Undead Settlement first( these two levels were the learning curve for me, especially the former, so I killed many mobs, collected many souls and leveled up there), then Yoel's free levels, and after that I farmed in Farron Keep and Irithyll to get the Dark, Pontiff Knight and Fire Witch sets( because Fashion Souls, too bad the Dark and Fire Witch ones turned out kinda heavy). Also, I kinda like collecting unique items in the game( I have a huge collection of armor, weapons and shields in my chara's locker, even though many of them suck stat-wise or don't fit my build, for no other reason than collecting tropies and the aforementioned Fashion Souls).

Which of these items should I get?
