need help to decide what to buy in the event

hello please don't upvote this, i was originally planning to get both skins (nightblue yas and dusk🅱ringer riven) and get the border for yasuo, but life came up unexpectedly and now i won't be able to participate enough for the event. however i will have enough time to come back and buy tokens. unfortunately i only have enough rp on my account for either both skins or one skin + border. i've been debating on which one to get when i come back (border is limited and i play yas way more than riven but skin is worth more than border ; i already have skins for both champs) but i haven't been able to reach a decision, could you guys help ?
