[Help] Installed a new Hard Drive, causing extremely brief pc feezes and weird glitchiness.

It's causing the entire PC to stall momentarily for a fraction of a second. Causing utterly horrific problems while gaming, and makes audio sound robotic. I don't have any idea what to do, I've never had this problem. I'll try and capture some of it.

I'm on windows 10. Below is my PC.
