Biomedical engineering question.

Hey r/engineeringstudents I used to be dead set on going into medicine until I passed out at a visit to a cadaver lab and realized I can't handle blood or dead things. I'll be going to Colorado school of mines this fall as a freshman and I'm still somewhat interested in Healthcare, and I'm thinking about doing biomedical engineering but I want to know what to say expect before I major in it.
