Buy/Sell in Fiji

I have a friend in Fiji that is looking to buy / sell. He has a AUD (Westpac) bank account but is really struggling to find an exchange that will verify and accept bank transfers. Anyone have any suggestions?

Tried BTCMarkets but their support response was, "...we only accept bank accounts with banks in Australia. I believe a transaction from Fiji would count as an international wire transfer which we are unable to support at this stage."
