Video ad steals focus

I am not trying to complain about the ads. Please make all the money you can from this great game.

Just the video one that auto-plays in the lower left-hand corner steals the focus of the screen and makes it jump down to it. This has led to some scary moments, usually when I'm releasing a second round draft pick so I don't have to pay him, or signing free agents.

All of a sudden it jumps and I'm no longer sure who I'm releasing or signing. Maybe just put this ad at the top instead of the bottom so when it steals focus it doesn't scroll us down into no-man's land?
