I need help from someone who knows about PSN or internet issues.

So until today, my internet has always worked with my PS4. But this morning, whenever I did a connection test it would tell me it failed to connect to PSN, despite PSN being fine and the connection being fine.

I connected to my phone internet using a hotspot and this worked fine. I've tried resetting all sorts of settings from safe mode, resetting my router etc. It now lets me log in to PSN but it still says failed when doing a connection test, and it does the triple beep when shutting down like it does when there's an error.

Could anyone please give me a solution? Googling it has brought up nothing and I posted in the PS4 forums and got no response. Feel free to ask for more details.
