Bringing your own bike to the msf?

I bought a bike a couple weeks ago and have been learning how to ride on my own from videos and neighborhoods. I have the msf class tomorrow and they say you can bring your own bike if you have insurance (which I do). I'm just wondering if it's legal to ride your own bike to the course where you're getting certified to legally ride a bike... I don't want to show up with my bike and have them scream at me that I broke the law and kick me out or something like that.
