Looking for some advice on cleaning audio

Hey everyone, I am going to be doing some recording on my Px5 headset in the near future! I am a little concerned about the quality of the audio coming from the headset though and was hoping some of you fine ladies/gents might be able to assist in cleaning it up and hopefully getting it to a level of usability

Some info: This is a bluetooth mic, currently seeding through the microphone audio into a cheap 5 dollar dongle and recorded through audacity.... So, I am not expecting perfection here lol, but if I could get a usable audio that would be great! If not, i can always use my audio from my camera microphone or something :P

Anyways, I have the link to the .wav file. Hopefully you can help me out!
