How has Pokémon Bank changed the way you play?

Now that I have had it for a few years I LOVE Pokémon bank. I can slowly amass shinies, forms, and competitive Pokémon I've bred from and trained from almost any generation. I can upload a full living dex on to anyone's copy of sun and moon that is inserted into my 3DS as well in a few minutes! How has Pokémon Bank changed the way you play Pokémon and what was it like for you before you started using it! Also who has found some other creative uses of its features?
